Join my Lunch and Learn Workshop on Starting Solids!
I’m excited to share that I will be teaching a lunch and learn workshop at PUSH Markham (9 Wootten Way North) on Monday, Sept. 19th at 12 noon - 1:30 pm.
Lunch is included!
Who should come? Anyone with babies between 0-1 year of age. Babies welcomed to join the class!
Why should I come? Starting solids can be confusing, I will break down the key elements to remember, and teach you step by step on how to nourish your child confidently and successfully right from the start!
If you want to prevent picky eating, give your child the best start in nutrition, develop competent self feeders, and decrease risk of allergies, or have any other nutrition questions around infants then come and join me.
If you have dietitian service coverage in your health benefits, let me know in the registration form. I will provide you with a detailed invoice for you for insurance reimbursement!
